Ever growing interest in these universal teachings of Shivayoga and Veerashaiva given by 12th century Sharanas only reaffirms its relevance in these times characterized by stressful, busy and hectic way of life. It is with great delight and sense of gratitude we present these two websites at the service of humanity everywhere in the spirit of Mahatma Basaveshwar’s universality of teachings.

Shri Swamiji’s Maha-samadhi day – 2012

Today (Dhan-trayodas), 11th Nov is Shri Swamiji’s Mahasamadhi day according to Indian calendar. We are observing this day with prayers, worships and dedication to Shri Swamiji that may God and Gurudeva bless us all and enable us to walk the path that Gurudeva showed humanity through his teachings, live example of his life and his love for entire humanity.
May adepts (Siddha-purushas) from Jnanganj Ashram, Himalayas bless all humanity and inspire to rise up further rungs on the ladder of evolution of human consciousness.
Shri Swamiji left his physical body on 22nd Oct 1995 @ 10.55 AM IST at Tapovan, Dharwad.

The newer version (current version) of Shivayoga.net website is inaugurated on Thursday 24th October 2012 @ 10.45 pm, (EST) auspicious day of Dussera.
The website is offered and dedicated unto the holy feet of Gurudeva Shri Kumarswamiji with a wish that this website may help all who read it in their search for truth and happiness; and that this happiness may in turn spread to others so that the hearts of all beings may in some way be opened.
A prayer was conducted with the wish for the welfare and happiness of all beings.
